Description

An amazing amenity-filled loft with over 3,000 sq ft of living space with great Arch views! Convenient to Downtown, Soulard, Anheuser Busch and hwy 55, 44 and 40. Industrial area with a gated parking lot that has a pergola patio and party lights.

The property has a huge event space attached with a bar/game room that can also be rented out SEPARATELY for celebrations and events for an additional fee. NO PARTIES! EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE! They must be approved by the property owner separately from your paid reservation.

Interaction

The building owners live on the third floor, which you may see coming in and out. Otherwise, the loft space is all yours during your stay. We are close by in the Soulard neighborhood and can be reached if you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

Neighborhood

You can see Anheuser Busch, downtown and the Arch from the loft windows! We are located in Soulard and minutes from all the action! There is so much to do in our awesome city! Close to everything!

Space

This huge loft space has an open floor plan with a welcoming cozy feel. Commercial style kitchen, swinging beds plus two large bedrooms and two full unique bathrooms (one with a bidet and one with a urinal). There are also 3 rollaway XL twin beds that you can put wherever you choose. There is a large work out room with historic charm. This building is very unique! Great views of the Arch from the living room windows! Railroad and River views from the kitchen and dining room. This is an industrial part of town located on the outskirts of the Soulard neighborhood that is unlike any other place in St. Louis! Very cool. This building has its own huge parking lot for our guests and the property owners (who live on the top floor). There is a patio with a pergola on the side of the parking lot for you to hangout. This whole space is so unique and huge and you get to stay here!!!

The warehouse building dates back to 1847 and stands on the original banks of the Mississippi River. It was the site of the A.E. Schmidt billiards factory. The large event space was previously known as Beyond Broadway and hosted hundreds of weddings and celebrations. The venue seats 350 guests and the outdoor patio seats 100. Beyond Broadway is reopened and taking wedding and event reservations!

Transit

We are minutes away from the bars and restaurants in Soulard and all the major highways. You will need a car or Uber to get around.

House Rules

NO PETS ALLOWED

NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!!!
We will charge you an additional fee if we find out a party took place in the house or we will have you leave if we catch it happening.
Please respect our house rules.

** ALL EVENTS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED AND SCHEDULED WITH US!! THERE IS A CHARGE FOR THIS AND THE USE OF THE EVENT VENUE SPACE.


NOISE:
Please keep noise level down after 11:00pm.

This building is very old & has been remodeled with lots of love….
Please treat the home and furnishings with respect & care.

DO NOT FLUSH TAMPONS DOWN THE TOILETS.

PLEASE DON’T “REARRANGE” THE FURNITURE.

PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS AND NEIGHBORHOOD.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DOORS ARE LOCKED WHEN YOU LEAVE.

For those guests who are staying here for your wedding day prep,
we ask that you do these things please:


Clean up all hairspray please.
Do not get hairspray or makeup on any furniture.
Do not use washcloths for makeup removal.
Please have your hair stylist & make up artist clean up afterward and after themselves.
Take out ALL your trash please.

An extra cleaning fee could result if these are not done.

100% Refund if cancelled 48 hours after booking;
50% of the nightly rent if cancelled 7 days before arrival.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
