Location Location Location!!! Our spacious 2-story corner apartment is amazing as we are on one of the best corners in the Soulard neighborhood! We are right across the street from a coffee shop cafe and next to several fantastic restaurants and bars and the famous Soulard Farmers Market! We are close to all the great St. Louis attractions and activities! Tons of natural light flows throughout the entire space! Our place is full of good welcoming vibes!

Soulard neighborhood is a beautiful historic neighborhood with so much character and charm! There is a bit of a New Orleans feel here. It's a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, bars and coffee shops throughout! We are only minutes away from the Arch and attractions in downtown St. Louis. And a few miles from the Zoo, Forest Park and the Botanical Gardens.

You can walk everywhere in the Soulard neighborhood. You can also rent a scooter or bike to get around.
This 2-story corner apartment has plenty of room to spread out! As soon as you walk in the front door you have a flight of stairs that take you up to the bright and cozy living room that has gorgeous green velvet sofas, plants and lots of natural light! Location is amazing as we are on one of the best corners in the neighborhood that draws a lot of people to the area. We created an earthy feel throughout the space. It is a blend of vintage, modern and eclectic with a bohemian style throughout. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay. If cooking is not your thing, we are literally right next to several fantastic restaurants! There is a small balcony off of the kitchen that overlooks the patio below and has great city views! The patio is accessed by another staircase that leads down to the back door. There is a half bath on the main floor right off of the kitchen. The two bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs and are large in size. Both bedrooms are decorated with a minimal yet cozy style. The main bedroom has a king bed with lots closet space! The second bedroom that has 3 full size beds with room for everyone. There is a large walk in closet / dressing room that is in-between the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. This apartment is bright, spacious, and a "feel good space" which makes it great for families and friends to all stay together. Coming in town for a baseball or hockey game? Jump on one of the free shuttles in the neighborhood, So fun!! There are Scooters all over, usually there’s several right in front of the building! Getting around is easy here!

We are close to a lot of bars, restaurants and the historic Soulard Farmers Market. You can walk everywhere in the neighborhood. We are only a few minutes away from the Arch and all the attractions in downtown St. Louis.
Things To Note:
We are on one of the best corners in the neighborhood that draws a lot of people to the area. This is a destination "nightlife" area and is an amazing location!
There is a staircase on the street level to take you up to the second floor (main floor living area) of the apartment, then another staircase to go up to the third floor where bedrooms and a full bathroom are located. There is a 3rd staircase that is located on the second floor that takes you down to the back patio (this staircase is located right across from the entry staircase).
If you use the back patios, please do not unlock and go out of the privacy fence gate. This gate should remain closed and locked. (Use the front door of the apartment to come and go and not the patio gate).
This is a 10-unit apartment building and we want to respect the spaces & other tenants.
The 2 patios are shared with other guests staying in our other apartments/Airbnbs.
(the only patio you can not use is the furthest one within the tall black fenced area)

Please keep noise levels down when outside on the balcony or patio. Be respectful of the other tenants in the building and in the neighborhood. Quiet noise levels inside at 10:00pm please.
(There is a unit below this one that can easily hear noise from this one so please be respectful of that).

Please treat the home and furnishings with respect & care. And the walls are thin and old… keep noise down inside please.
